Keegan O'Connell
Video Producer
Keegan joined Pixel Labs in 2023, bringing his passion for crafting attention-grabbing content to every project. A graduate of Hawkeye Community College’s Digital Mass Media program, he blends creativity with a sharp eye for storytelling. When he’s not producing videos, Keegan coaches kids in Tae Kwon Do, sharing his love for the sport and mentoring the next generation.
Erika Chagdes
Creative Coordinator
Erika brings a strong creative background to Pixel Labs, combining her passion for storytelling with sharp organizational skills. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Cinema, and her short films have been featured at several film festivals. At Pixel Labs, Erika helps shape projects with a focus on visual storytelling and collaboration. Outside of work, she enjoys doing crafts, playing video games, and spending time with friends.
Aaron Jarnagin
Brand Strategist
Aaron brings big ideas and smart strategies to Pixel Labs, helping clients reach their goals with personalized marketing solutions. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Marketing, he’s tackled projects like CFCCU’s Core Conversion with creativity and precision. When he’s not brainstorming with the team, Aaron’s likely renovating his fixer-upper with his wife, Darci, or tinkering with cars in the garage.
Samantha Everman
Business Ops
Sam has been with Pixel Labs from the start, keeping things organized and running smoothly. With a background in bookkeeping and a love for problem-solving, she’s the go-to person behind the scenes. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her traveling with her husband, Zach, or playing taxi for their three kids.
Joanna Weinberg
Business Development Lead
Joanna joined Pixel Labs in 2024, bringing her unique mix of creativity and people skills to the team. With a degree in music composition from UNI, she has a natural ability to connect with people on a personal level, making her a perfect fit for building client relationships. Outside of work, Joanna enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, creating memories with her family.
Serinity Newell
Graphic Designer
Rin joined Pixel Labs in 2022, first as an intern, and quickly became a key part of the team. With a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Northern Iowa, she thrives on collaboration and brings her creative flair to every project. A tattoo enthusiast and proud cat mom, Rin’s love for drawing (and all things blue) shines through in her work.
Zach Everman
CEO
Zach is the visionary behind Pixel Labs, launching the company in 2014 from the UNI Business Incubator with a mission to bring more creativity and innovation to his work. A UNI graduate with a BA in Electronic Media, he’s been recognized on the “20 Under 40” list and received the Impact Addy Award for his contributions to the industry. Outside of work, Zach loves hiking with his family, coaching soccer, and diving into sim racing.
